  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Local Delivery (Sargodha): Customers within Sargodha can expect delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Nationwide Shipping (Pakistan): For all other cities, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific amount (e.g., orders over Rs. 3,000).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.

5. Damaged Goods

  • We take great care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the packaging and the product.
